A non-refundable deposit may be required for select services and special event makeup. Deposits are applied to your service total at checkout. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received and your booking email is issued.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment directly through your Square confirmation link. Inside 24 hours, please call or text—late changes may forfeit the deposit.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you're 10+ minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate, but services may be shortened to end on time. 15+ minutes late may be considered a no-show.
No-shows and same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit and be charged a fee according to service type. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Pause topical retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA), and benzoyl peroxide 3–5 days before peels, facials, or waxing unless otherwise instructed. Oral isotretinoin within the past 6 months is a contraindication for waxing and advanced exfoliation.
Please disclose pregnancy, nursing, recent procedures, active infections, cold sores, or unhealed wounds. Some modalities and ingredients are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Inform us of adhesive, latex, fragrance, or preservative sensitivities. Sensitivity-safe lash options are available. A patch test is recommended for new lash clients or those with prior reactions.
Patch testing is available for lash adhesives, tints, and select skincare actives. Schedule a quick patch appointment at least 48 hours before your full service.
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the first visit to sign consent. For ongoing services, written consent must be on file. Intimate-area waxing is not performed on minors.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID for the minor and the guardian when applicable. For school events or teams, bring any additional permission forms required by the organization.
Lash extensions: 16+ with guardian consent. Lash lifts/tints: 14+ with consent. Makeup services: 13+ with consent. Chemical peels and advanced exfoliation: 18+ only.
